Richmond Raceway: Post-Race
No. 1 Cessna Chevrolet Camaro ZL1
Start: 14th
Finish: 21st
Standings: 21st

Notes:

  • McMurray and the No. 1 Cessna team struggled to find balance on their Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 and fell victim to a lot of green-flag racing, which limited their ability to adjust the race car on Saturday night.
  • The caution flag was shown three times for a total of 23 laps, with only one caution coming for an on-track incident.
  • The lead changed 16 times among eight drivers

McMurray quotes:

It was a tough night for the No. 1 Cessna team. The car would start off too loose early in a run but build tight over a long run. With mainly long green flag runs we could’ve used a few more cautions to give us a chance to make some adjustments and keep up with the track as it changed. We will regroup and look on to Charlotte next weekend.”
