• McMurray has 10 consecutive top-20 finishes at Richmond, including three top-five and five top-10 finishes during that span.
• On race day at Richmond, McMurray will meet with sailors representing Commander, Naval Air Force Atlantic. The sailors will take part in a private meet and greet at the No. 1 team hauler then join the crew on pit road for the pre-race ceremonies.
• Sunday will mark McMurray’s 31st start at Richmond, where he has completed 11,923 of a possible 12,422 laps (96 percent). He’s led 29 laps, and has 15 lead lap finishes in the last 20 races at Richmond including a stretch of five in a row.
• This is the first season that Richmond Raceway has hosted a NASCAR Playoff race.
