“Our McDonald’s Chevy was really fast on the shorter runs tonight, but on the long green flag runs the car fell-off really bad. Matt (McCall) and the guys did a nice job working to make the changes and trying some strategy to put us in contention in the end. Unfortunately, even with the late cautions we couldn’t gain some more ground to get back in position for a top-10 result.”
