“Our McDonald’s Chevy Camaro ZL1 was really good early in today’s race,” said McMurray. “Our car was pretty good on the longer runs. I think we were a definitely a top-10 car today. We had one set of tires past midway through the race that just wasn’t very good and we lost a lot of track position on that long green flag run. Then after our last scheduled stop, I just had a real bad vibration in the car that forced us to make and unscheduled stop, which took us out of contention for a strong finish.”
