- The race was run Monday after being postponed on Sunday due to snowy conditions.
- McMurray had two separate incidents causing him to loose valuable track position today – lap 384, contact that caused him to spin and make left side contact with the Turn 3 wall and a tire rub after contact with just eight laps to go, forcing an unscheduled pit stop under green.
- The caution flag was shown four times for a total of 33 laps and The lead changed 11 times among six drivers.

“I thought that our First Data Chevy was pretty good today. The guys worked hard to make the adjustments to be competitive, we just had too many issues to overcome. I got caught speeding on the first pit stop of the day, then getting turned around by the No. 3 car, followed by having to pit under green with less than 10 laps to go for a tire rub, just crushed our chances today.”
