- Sunday’s race was postponed after 204 laps until due to rain in the area and resumed on Monday afternoon.
- McMurray was involved in two separate wrecks on Sunday, and his No. 1 Chevy sustained significant damage in both incidents.
- Monday was the first time in the last five races that McMurray has failed to finish on the lead lap at Bristol.
- The caution flag was shown 13 times for a total of 114 laps, and the red flag shown three times for weather and debris. The lead changed 18 times among eight drivers.
